- How is my order packed?
- We pack all orders with bubble-wrap, void-fill, and extra padding where appropriate. Also, our packaging is all reused, recycled, recyclable, or biodegradable.
- When will my order arrive?
- We aim to dispatch orders within 1 working day, though in some circumstances this may be up to 2 working days. Your order should arrive within 1-4 working days, but International deliveries may vary.
- Which courier do you use?
- Will I get a tracking number?
- Parcels sent via Royal Mail will not include tracking, but we can provide proof of postage on request. Larger parcels and Expedited Shipping will include tracking.

Issues & Returns shipping
- My Expedited Shipping order is late, can I get a refund?
- Contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll investigate and issue a refund for shipping costs.
- I changed my mind, how do I return an item?
- Return the unwanted items to our returns address below. You will receive a full refund as long as the items return in a unused, undamaged, and saleable condition.
- You said it’d fit my car, and it doesn’t! / My order is defective!
- Let us know what the problem is ASAP so we can organise the return shipping free of charge.

- Will I have to pay for customs fees?
- All orders ship from our location in Nottingham, United Kingdom. You are responsible for any fees or charges, but there are no such costs for orders shipped to the UK.
- Can you change the value on my order, or at least mark it as a gift?
- No, in fact we will not do this under any circumstances.
- How do I organise international shipping?
- Free shipping is included to most addresses in the UK, United States of America, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Order and pay in your local currency for free shipping.
- If you need shipping to a country not in the list above, talk to us! The best way to get in contact with us is via WhatsApp, or social media. For instance, you can message us through Facebook or Instagram. We also have a live chat on hand most of the day, just click or tap that speech mark in the bottom right corner of your screen.
