All grills will include mounting points for parking sensors & license plate. There is also a location to place your Audi rings badge on the grill. There will be no Audi rings or RS badges included in the order.

Shipping & payment terms

Orders will ship within 4-5 weeks of the group buy ending, depending on the supplier. Shipping to the UK is free. These honeycomb grills are too large and bulky for our standard couriers. Therefore they will ship via Parcelforce 48 instead of our usual couriers. However, if the minimum quantity is not met before the end of the Group Buy we will issue a full refund to all orders. Though should you change your mind and wish to withdraw from the group buy, please contact us for a full refund.

When choosing the PayPal or Stripe payment option, the transaction processes immediately. But, if you prefer not to pay at the beginning of the order, use the “Pay on Invoice” option at the checkout. Accordingly you will receive an invoice to pay at your leisure, and an invoice reminder at the end of the group buy.

While inspecting our pricing structure, we reckon we’ve spotted a few places we can save a few pennies. So, after a little back and forth with our courier, and suppliers, we’ve managed to bring some expenses down.  With these new, lower costs we’ve managed to squeeze our prices on our entire product line. This change is permanent, this is no special sale! Though, to celebrate, we’ve decided to offer couple items at a significant discount until the end of May. You can find B9 dynamic mirror indicators, and carbon fibre keyhole covers at a steal of a price.

Packaging

  • How is my order packed?
    • We pack all orders with bubble-wrap, void-fill, and extra padding where appropriate. Also, our packaging is all reused, recycled, recyclable, or biodegradable.

  • When will my order arrive?
    • We aim to dispatch orders within 1 working day, though in some circumstances this may be up to 2 working days. Your order should arrive within 1-4 working days, but International deliveries may vary.

    • Parcels sent via Royal Mail will not include tracking, but we can provide proof of postage on request. Larger parcels and Expedited Shipping will include tracking.

  • My Expedited Shipping order is late, can I get a refund?
    • Contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll investigate and issue a refund for shipping costs.
  • I changed my mind, how do I return an item?
    • Return the unwanted items to our returns address below. You will receive a full refund as long as the items return in a unused, undamaged, and saleable condition.
  • You said it’d fit my car, and it doesn’t! / My order is defective!
    • Let us know what the problem is ASAP so we can organise the return shipping free of charge.

  • Will I have to pay for customs fees?
    • All orders ship from our location in Nottingham, United Kingdom. You are responsible for any fees or charges, but there are no such costs for orders shipped to the UK.
  • Can you change the value on my order, or at least mark it as a gift?
    • No, in fact we will not do this under any circumstances.
  • How do I organise international shipping?
    • Free shipping is included to most addresses in the UK, United States of America, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Order and pay in your local currency for free shipping.
    • If you need shipping to a country not in the list above, talk to us! The best way to get in contact with us is via WhatsApp, or social media. For instance, you can message us through Facebook or Instagram. We also have a live chat on hand most of the day, just click or tap that speech mark in the bottom right corner of your screen. Let us know what you intend to order, and where you’d like it delivered, so we can provide a custom shipping quote.

It’s finally time, the store is open!

It’s been quite a journey to get this far. A few hurdles with stock arriving late, or arriving damaged, and a stern word with a supplier or two. Yet, at last, the shelves stocked high, products photographed, and postage figured out. With that, now comes the part where we can finally open the store! Can’t thank the folks over at A5OC for the support and encouragement so far.

I hope our initial lineup has something you might enjoy. Although it’s not a huge list, but humble beginnings right? Besides all that, here’s what we have on offer:

  • Dynamic sweeping indicators for B8, 8.5, and B9 vehicles. That includes all sorts, A3s to SQ5s and a bunch inbetween.
  • Finally, shiny metal pedal sets for RHD A/S5s! Including the footrest. Manual sets to come soon.
  • I know a lot of folk have been desperate for a pair of these, honeycomb fog light grilles for B8 S-Line/S5s. Available in black or silver trim.
  • Something to shine up your interior, keyhole trims. Perfect for RHD A5s and similar, available in steel and carbon fibre designs.
  • Pure white interior LED sets, including a set of license plate bulbs.
